Keenen Ivory Wayans has directed ‘Little Man’ for Revolution Studios, the feature is distributed via Sony Pictures Entertainment. MPC led the six month long effects effort with teams based not only at MPC’s London Soho office, but also at sister company Technicolor Creative Services’ Canadian bases in Vancouver, Toronto and Montreal. The majority of MPC’s work consisted of compositing Marlon Wayans head onto the body of a young actor.

Brett Ratner has directed the third installment of the Marvel comic inspired X-Men trilogy for 20th Century Fox. MPC has supplied visual effects for six sequences which range from creating atmospheric effects including storm clouds and rising leaves, rocks and water, to creating fully cg environments and the sequence where we see Xavier atomize along with his surroundings.

Ron Howard (Cinderella Man, A Beautiful Mind, Backdraft) has directed the feature film version of Dan Brown’s ‘Da Vinci Code.’ Produced by Sony Columbia Pictures, the feature will open the 59th Cannes Film Festival on Thursday May 18th. MPC designed and created digital visual effects sequences for the production.

Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire |

MPC have completed 216 shots for the next instalment of JK Rowling’s Harry Potter series: ‘The Goblet of Fire’. Visual Effects were created for some of the film’s key sequences: the maze, part of the Triwizard tournament; and the graveyard, where Harry meets his nemesis Voldemort: and the opening title sequence for the film where a 21 ft python travelling through a graveyard gives the audience a hint of the dark mood of the film. Directed by Mike Newell, (Four Weddings and a Funeral), the feature is produced and distributed by Warner Bros Pictures.
